CAKES RISE UP NICE & HIGH AND LEVEL. IT COMES IN HANDY FOR BAKING UP OTHER THINGS, TOO. IT WASHES UP LIKE A DREAM. I ALSO HAVE DOUGHMAKER'S 9" CAKE PANS. I PURCHASED THREE JUST IN CASE I EVER BAKE UP A THREE TIER CAKE - LOVE THEM, TOO! CAKE LAYERS ALWAYS COME OUT EASILY. THIS BAKEWEAR IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE. I PLAN EVENTUALLY TO OWN ALL DOUGHMAKER'S PRODUCTS. Greer (Tennessee) - See all my reviews    Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) Doughmakers is excellent bakeware, made in the USA, requires a bit of tender loving care, but well worth it. Bakes up evenly, non-stick if you follow directions, and does not burn on the bottom. Thick but not heavy. Do not put in dishwasher; do not use those sticky sprays, either--just care for it as the instructions say. May take a few minutes longer to bake than some other brands, but the result is better. Grab what you can find NOW. The company has been bought by a company out of Pennsylvania (according to the internet), and production stopped last December. However, the buying company's website says they plan to bring the product back to the consumer. But, when? Hard to find now.
