When I made them however, I realized the amount of batter needed is waaayyy less than they state on the instructions. So the best thing to do is fill them 2/3 full. Take a measuring cup of water and measure how much you need to make it 2/3 full and then write that number in sharpie marker on the bottom of your pan. I also found that I needed to bake the small one 10 minutes longer and the medium 20 minutes longer. Disappointing.
